Search Mash - Search differently in new ways

For long, we have been dependent upon a few search engines that could return the desired results. But searching with these search engines was also a Herculean task as they returned unsorted and irrelevant results
according to the context. For example, if one wanted to find some content that is dynamic in nature and changes frequently, the place he must be looking for it should be a blog. Instead, search engines return results from all type of sites with no option to filter results. Search Mash is a search engine with a difference. It lets you do all that you could not do with the usual search engines.
The search results can be sorted into four categories viz. Images, Blogs, Videos and Wikipedia. Thus, whatever may be the type of content you are looking for; you have a proper category to choose from.
To get more search results from the same site/blog, just click the green URL below the particular result. The search results are displayed almost instantly.
You can watch a video on the same page without having to go to the website hosting the video. Clicking on the thumbnail plays the video and clicking on it again pauses it.
Another important feature of this search engine is that details can be hidden. Click on "hide details" in the title bar to collapse the display of web or images results, allowing many more results to fit in view. This virtually makes searching easy in many situations.
Ironically, Search Mash has got no 'Search' button to hit after you type in your search query. All you need to do is start typing your search query and press enter when you're done. To begin a new search, start typing again and the previous query is replaced.
